The graph below shows the number of job postings at Indeed.com that contain the term "adobe flex". If you're looking for work, you should probably start learning Flex. Its not unreasonable to assume salaries are going to go in the same direction as the demand.

Oh ya it's totally rediculous. I get recruiters asking me if I know anyone a couple of times a week. Market for Flex Expertise is CRAZY HOT. Especially if you know FDS... you can command some el primo dollars.

I love that graph. The best thing in my mind is that Flex is being used in so many places. The enterprise, startups, if you know Flex, you can pick and choose the kind of job that's best for you. Flex on kids!
