Ryan Stewart posted a blog entry last week on Blist, a Flex and Ruby on Rails speadsheet application. As Ryan mentions, this is in addition to Buzzword, the word processor recently purchased by Adobe, and SlideRocket, the Flex based presentation tool (for those of you playing Flex based Office bingo).

TechCrunch had a more detailed post on Blist as well a few weeks ago. Ryan has a screenshot gallery up on ZDNet if you're interested in seeing what the app looks like.
